You'll be driving a 13-foot mini speed boat on this tour. Don't worry: it's very simple to drive; if you can drive a car, you can handle one of these vessels with no problems. You steer the wheel just like a car, and there's a throttle on your side with three positions: forward, neutral, and reserve. Although you'll drive your own boat, you won't be alone. For the duration of the tour, you will follow a guide on another boat. As you cruise around the bay, your guide will point out interesting landmarks, like the Coronado Bridge and the Maritime Museum, via the two-way communication systems on each vessel.
This excursion includes your F13 mini speed boat, a life jacket, bottled water, a well-trained guide, and boating instructions. Each tour covers about 13 miles of the bay and lasts around two hours. Boats are equipped with a storage compartment, but please be aware that bags can still get wet.
